What I learned from the previous launches was that sometimes less is more. Adding extra things could alter how well the rocket flies. Also, that it's better to be careful while building. My first rocket was made sloppy and so it did not fit on the launcher. My second rocket though, was made carefully. I liked how my partner and I used a party hat for the nose cone and I think I will use it for my final. I will also use a parachute for my final. I saw the seniors rockets with them and they worked well so my partner and I will attempt to make ours work too.
I did some research on bottle rockets and found that you should fill the rocket up 40%-50% with water because there needs to be room for air. Also, that the fins should be more angular, like a triangle. To save the egg, we need to put padding in and around the compartment where the egg is stored.
